STB Grants Montana Rail Link Trackage Rights Exemption

The Surface Transportation Board (STB) has granted Montana Rail Link, Inc. trackage rights exemption, allowing them to expire on December 31, 2010, as per an agreement between the parties, while maintaining employee protective conditions set by the Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC) in a 1979 case.
