Bureau of Land Management Announces Availability of Pit 14 Coal Lease By Application Final Environmental Impact Statement

The Bureau of Land Management has made available the final environmental impact statement for the sale of the Pit 14 coal lease by application, following a coal lease application from Black Butte Coal Company, which operates an adjacent mine in southwestern Wyoming.
