U.S. Department of Energy Amends Record of Decision for Idaho High-Level Waste Disposal

The U.S. Department of Energy is revising its decision on how to dispose of high-level nuclear waste in Idaho, choosing to close the INTEC Tank Farm Facility through performance-based closure, while maintaining previous plans for other facilities and waste processing methods.
