NOAA Fisheries Proposes New System of Records for Fisheries Management

The Department of Commerce has proposed a new system of records for permits and non-permit registrations to manage fisheries in the Exclusive Economic Zone off the coasts of Washington, Oregon, and California, and on the high seas.
