FAA Adopts New Airworthiness Directive for Hartzell Propeller Inc. and McCauley Propeller Systems Propellers

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain propellers manufactured by Hartzell Propeller Inc. and McCauley Propeller Systems, requiring inspections for wear and damage, following a failure by Oxford Aviation Services Limited to perform necessary inspections and repairs between 1998 and 2003.
