DOE Releases Special Environmental Analysis for Potomac River Generating Station

The U.S. Department of Energy has made available a Special Environmental Analysis (SEA) for actions taken at the Potomac River Generating Station in Alexandria, Virginia, following the Secretary of Energy's emergency orders in 2005 and 2006, and is considering alternatives that may mitigate environmental impacts until the installation of new electric transmission lines in June 2007.
