Final Environmental Impact Statement and Record of Decision for Incidental Take of the Endangered Alabama Beach Mouse

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has released a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for two condominium projects in Alabama, which may harm the Alabama beach mouse, a protected species, and is now seeking a Record of Decision (ROD) regarding the permits issued for these projects.
