East Kentucky Power Cooperative Files Notice of Intent to Merge with Kentucky Power Company

East Kentucky Power Cooperative has submitted a notice to the Public Service Commission of Kentucky, indicating its intention to merge with Kentucky Power Company, a subsidiary of American Electric Power, in a deal expected to be completed by the end of 2024.
