Medicare Program; Revisions to Payment Policies and Other Changes

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has released a final rule with a comment period, updating Medicare Part B payment policies to reflect changes in medical practice and the relative value of services. The rule also addresses various other changes, including updates to ambulance services, geographic practice cost indices, and payment for certain services.
