U.S. Government Accepts New Rules for Recording Aircraft Transfer Statements Under UCC 9-616

The U.S. government has officially accepted new transfer statement guidelines under the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) 9-616, which will be recorded in aircraft records, effective immediately.
