EPA Corrects Rule Language for West Virginia's Nitrogen Oxides Emission Reductions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has corrected an error in the rule language of a final rule related to West Virginia's State Implementation Plan (SIP) to meet Phase II of the Nitrogen Oxides (NOX) SIP Call, which aims to reduce nitrogen oxide emissions in the state.
