U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Announces Availability of 2007 State Innovation Grant Program Solicitation

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's National Center for Environmental Innovation is seeking pre-proposals for the 2007 State Innovation Grant Program, which supports innovation by state environmental regulatory agencies, with eligible agencies being the principal environmental regulatory agency within each state, U.S. territory, or the District of Columbia.
