EPA Approves Missouri State Implementation Plan Revision

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve Missouri's revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Construction Permit Exemptions rule, which includes updates to insignificance levels, a new manufacturing exemption, and rule restructuring.
