EPA Approves Missouri's Revised State Implementation Plan for Construction Permit Exemptions Rule

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the state of Missouri's revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Construction Permit Exemptions rule, which includes updates to insignificance levels, a new exemption for manufacturing operations, and clarifications to the grain handling facilities exemption.
