NOAA Fisheries Issues Permit Application Review Notice for Steelhead Research in Southern California

NOAA Fisheries has announced the availability of a permit application for research on endangered steelhead in Southern California, following a request from researcher Elise Kelley at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and will accept public comments on the proposal before making a decision.
