US Department of Commerce Finds Antidumping Duty Order on Ukrainian Ammonium Nitrate Likely to Continue

The US Department of Commerce has concluded a sunset review of the antidumping duty order on solid agricultural grade ammonium nitrate from Ukraine, finding that revoking the order would likely lead to continued dumping. The review was initiated on August 1, 2006, as required by the Tariff Act of 1930.
