OPM Requests OMB Review of Revised Information Collection for Occupational Questionnaire

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has submitted a request for review of a revised information collection for the Occupational Questionnaire (OPM Forms 1203-FX and 1203-EZ), a form used to collect applicant information and qualifications for automated processing, and has also announced the discontinuation of the older Form 1203-EZ.
