HRSA Clarifies Ryan White CARE Act Housing Assistance Policy

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is proposing an amendment to its policy notice 99-02, which would establish a 24-month lifetime limit on short-term and emergency housing assistance under the Ryan White Comprehensive AIDS Resources Emergency (CARE) Act for individuals living with HIV/AIDS, aligning with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's program standard.
