PBGC Requests OMB Approval for New Information Collection on Administrative Appeals

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is seeking public comment on a new information collection related to Administrative Appeals, which is currently set to expire, and is requesting the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to extend its approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act.
