EPA Proposes Amendment to Delaware's Operating Permit Program to Correct Definition of 'Major Source'

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a rule to approve an amendment to the State of Delaware's operating permit program, which would update the definition of 'a major source' to include all fugitive emissions subject to Federal New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) or National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants standards (NESHAPs), aligning with federal regulations that went into effect on November 27, 2001.
