Department of Education Publishes New System of Records for Even Start Classroom Literacy Interventions and Outcomes Study

The Department of Education has published a new system of records, the Even Start Classroom Literacy Interventions and Outcomes Study, to collect data on adults and children participating in the William F. Goodling Even Start Family Literacy Programs, as required by the Privacy Act of 1974.
