EPA Approves Delaware's Air Quality Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve a revision to Delaware's State Implementation Plan (SIP) to ensure that preconstruction air quality permits issued under Delaware's Regulation 1102 are federally enforceable, regardless of their intended emissions limits.
