CMS Proposes Modification to Medicare Exclusion Database System of Records
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is proposing to modify its Medicare Exclusion Database system of records to allow disclosure of information to CMS grantees who perform tasks for the agency, in addition to contractors and consultants.
