EPA Approves Revisions to South Carolina State Implementation Plan

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to South Carolina's State Implementation Plan (SIP), submitted by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SC DHEC), to align with the Consolidated Emissions Reporting Rule (CERR) and update the definition of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC).
