Metro-North Railroad to Face Investigation by Emergency Board Over Labor Disputes

The U.S. Surface Transportation Board has established an emergency board to investigate disputes between Metro-North Railroad and certain of its employees represented by certain labor organizations, following a request from the railroad. The board will examine the disputes and make a proposal for resolving the issues.
