Medicare and Medicaid Programs; Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE); Program Revisions

The final rule revises requirements for Programs of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) under the Medicare and Medicaid programs, building on the 1999 and 2002 interim final rules that implemented key provisions of the Balanced Budget Act of 1997 and the Medicare, Medicaid, and SCHIP Benefits Improvement and Protection Act of 2000.
