Notice of Intent to Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement/Overseas Environmental Impact Statement for the Virginia Capes Range Complex and Notice of Public Scoping Meetings

The Department of the Navy is announcing its intent to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) to evaluate the potential environmental consequences of naval training operations in the Virginia Capes Range Complex. The study will assess the impact of increased training operations and research activities on the complex.
