EPA Proposes Settlement for Pittsburgh Metal and Equipment Superfund Site in Hudson County, NJ

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing a settlement to resolve claims under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) for the Pittsburgh Metal and Equipment Superfund Site in Hudson County, NJ, which was contaminated with hazardous substances such as lead, cadmium, and PCBs.
