EPA Establishes Time-Limited Tolerance for Cyproconazole on Soybean Seed

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an emergency exemption under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to use cyproconazole on soybeans, resulting in a maximum permissible level for residues of the pesticide on soybean seed, which will expire on December 31, 2009.
