The US Environmental Protection Agency has agreed to reimburse past response costs at the Constitution Road Drum Site in Atlanta, Georgia, as part of a settlement with the CMAC Environmental Group under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA)
