FAA Adopts New Airworthiness Directive for Fokker Model F27 Mark 500 Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued a new airworthiness directive requiring inspections of Fokker Model F27 Mark 500 airplanes to address fatigue cracking issues with the main landing gear drag stay units, in an effort to prevent structural collapse.
