Navy to Grant Exclusive Patent License to Ekips Technologies for Electro-Optical Devices

The US Department of the Navy has announced its intention to grant Ekips Technologies, Inc. a non-transferable, exclusive license to manufacture and use electro-optical devices in the US and certain foreign countries, based on a government-owned invention patented as US Patent No. 6,593,212.
