DoD Issues Interim Rule on Labor Reimbursement for Non-Commercial Contracts

The Department of Defense has published an interim rule to clarify reimbursement policies for labor costs on competitively awarded non-commercial time-and-materials and labor-hour contracts, as outlined in the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
