Federal Crop Insurance Corporation Finalizes Regulations for Common Crop Insurance and Nursery Crop Insurance

The Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) has finalized the Common Crop Insurance Regulations, Nursery Crop Insurance Provisions, amending the definition of 'liners' and clarifying the Nursery Peak Inventory Endorsement, which limits the peak amount of insurance to 200% of the established amount, applicable to crop years 2008 and onwards.
