Federal Trade Commission Retains Prohibition of Energy Market Manipulation Rule After Regulatory Review

The Federal Trade Commission has completed its review of the Prohibition of Energy Market Manipulation Rule, implementing Section 811 of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007, and has decided to keep the rule in its current form as part of its periodic review of all regulations.
