EPA Submits Renewal of NESHAP for Secondary Lead Smelter Industry Information Collection Request for OMB Review

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking OMB approval to renew its Information Collection Request (ICR) for the NESHAP for Secondary Lead Smelter Industry, which is used to track and regulate emissions from secondary lead smelters, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act.
