EPA Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting renewal of an existing approved information collection, the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) and Sewage Sludge Management State Program Requirements, which is set to expire on December 31, 2006.
