EPA Proposes Exemption for Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority from Clean Air Act Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency is proposing to grant a conditional exemption to the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority from certain Clean Air Act requirements, allowing the utility to avoid continuous emission monitoring system conditions for five years at two of its facilities on St. Thomas and St. Croix.
