Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council to Hold Public Hearings on Amendment 14 Proposal

The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council is seeking public input on a proposal to rebuild the scup stock to maximum sustainable yield levels and modify the scup Gear Restricted Areas within the Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Fishery Management Plan.
