EPA Finds Certain States Did Not Submit Clean Air Mercury Rule State Plans by Deadline

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made a finding on the status of State Plans for implementing a cap on mercury emissions from new and existing coal-fired power plants, with some states submitting plans and others choosing not to by the November 17, 2006 deadline.
