EPA Grants Sierra Club's Objection to King Finishing's Operating Permit in Georgia

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted the Sierra Club's petition to object to King Finishing's operating permit in Dover, Georgia, due to the Georgia Environmental Protection Division's failure to use a mailing list, as required by the Clean Air Act.
