Fish and Wildlife Service Reopens Comment Period for Migratory Bird Treaty Act Rule

The Fish and Wildlife Service is extending the public comment period for its proposed rule revising the list of migratory birds protected by the Migratory Bird Treaty Act (MBTA) to give interested parties more time to prepare and submit comments.
