EPA Terminates Residential Uses of Acid Copper Chromate (ACC) Registration

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a request from OSMOSE, Inc. to terminate all residential uses of the acid copper chromate (ACC) registration, effective immediately, following a 30-day comment period and no substantive comments.
