EPA Extends Deadline for Petitions for Judicial Review of Ozone Standards Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended the deadline for petitions for judicial review of its final rule on 8-hour ozone national ambient air quality standards for early action compact areas, from December 29, 2006 to January 29, 2007, as part of a minor correction to the preamble language of the rule, which was initially published on November 29, 2006.
