EPA Proposes Settlement Agreement with Pasadena Refining Systems, Inc. to Resolve Lawsuits Over Nonroad Diesel Regulations

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced a proposed settlement agreement with Pasadena Refining Systems, Inc. (PRSI) to resolve lawsuits filed in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, following PRSI's request for judicial review of EPA's decisions on small refiner status and hardship relief under the Clean Air Act.
