EPA Publishes Status Report on New Chemicals Received in Q3 2006

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has released a status report detailing the receipt and review of new chemicals under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) between September 18, 2006 and October 13, 2006, including premanufacture notices (PMNs), test marketing exemptions (TMEs), and notices of commencement to manufacture.
