Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone for New Tacoma Narrows Bridge Construction

The Coast Guard is setting up a 500-foot safety zone around the lifting beams of cranes lifting deck sections for the New Tacoma Narrows Bridge construction project to protect the public from hazards associated with construction equipment and heavy loads.
