EPA Proposes Federal Implementation Plan for Wisconsin Reservation
The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing a Federal Implementation Plan (FIP) for the Forest County Potawatomi Community Reservation in Wisconsin if the community's request to redesignate certain trust lands as a Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) Class I area is approved. The plan would be implemented by the EPA unless a Tribal Implementation Plan (TIP) is adopted.
