Interim Guidance on the Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement (CMAQ) Program Published for Public Comment

The U.S. government has released interim guidance for the Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement (CMAQ) Program, which is funded by the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU) Act, and is open to public comment until further notice.
