EPA Proposes Approval of Kern County Air Pollution Control District Revisions to California State Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the Kern County Air Pollution Control District's portion of the California State Implementation Plan, which includes new permitting requirements. The EPA will accept public comments on the proposal before making a final decision.
